Helping vulnerable children find safety, belonging and a future.
The Home was created to respond to children facing abandonment, poverty and the loss of parents by surrounding them with practical care and a stable community.
ZAMF’s recent ministry updates describe roughly 23 years of caring for orphaned and abandoned children through the Jerome Fleischer Home and School. The ministry combines shelter and daily needs with education, Biblical teaching and long-term encouragement.

Graciousness Extended
Extending care beyond the usual sponsorship path.
ZAMF created the Graciousness Extended Program for children whose circumstances fall outside the standard school sponsorship structure, helping continue care, meals and educational support.
Children with special needsSupport for children who may not qualify for regular school enrollment or standard sponsorship.
Graduates beyond Grade 12Continued assistance can help young people move toward further education and adult independence.

Patrick, Maria & Sylvester.
A May 2026 ministry update looked back on three siblings who came to the Jerome Fleischer Home after losing their mother.
The update describes Patrick as six years old at the time, with twins Maria and Sylvester only two. Years later, the ministry reported that Maria leads Davidic dance in the congregation, Sylvester plays keyboard and Patrick plays drums—a simple picture of children growing into young adults with community around them.
